While we have a couple options for you to carry cargo with your pop-up camper, there isn't going to be a bumper mounted hitch that fits a 1 x 3 bumper as it is just too small. I have a couple different options for you to take a look at. But unfortunately, using a dual hitch receiver like the Malone 2" Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver # MPG544 is not going to work for what you need. This is because using the Malone 2" Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver # MPG544 will reduce your tongue weight capacity by 50% which will not allow you enough capacity to even tow your camper.
